It all began back in the early 1980s with my father, Mr. Alvaro Jativa Fraga. He had a simple yet profound vision: to build a transport business with high-quality vehicles where everyday people could travel comfortably, safely, and comfortably catered to. Because he took immense pride in maintaining his vehicles, he delivered exceptional service while keeping rates fair and affordable for everyone in the community.
Now, after more than four decades, God has blessed us with the opportunity to bring that lifelong dream to reality. Built on the deep responsibility that comes with transporting families and communities, J&M Especial Travel officially launched in August 2024.
Operating with absolute safety at our core, we strictly adhere to every law, standard, and recommendation set by the North East Traffic Commissioner and our local authorities to remain fully licence-compliant on every single journey. We have been granted a Standard PSV Operator’s Licence by the Traffic Commissioner for the North East of England.
We bring extensive experience in transport and customer service. Having grown up in a family business environment, we were raised on values of safety, clear communication, and dedication to our passengers standards that continue to define everything we do.
